Wisdom like a spring, its flow never ends. “ Brain Mine ” (BM) refers to the wisdom and innovative energy stored within the human brain. On a road trip from California to Las Vegas , we passed through the town of Bodie , once a prosperous mining town due to its abundant gold resources. But as the mines were depleted and extraction costs rose, the mining industry collapsed, the economy withered, and the town eventually became a ghost town. The Kaohsiung Export Processing Zone (KEPZ) and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore are prime examples of this. The “ Grand Maritime Project ” I recently proposed may also become such a model.
