Singapore’s Strategy in a Changing World
Written by Peter Li-Chang Kuo ( Chinese ) Today, Singapore ’s Prime Minister Lawrence Wong delivered a keynote speech titled " Leading Singapore Forward in a Changing Global Landscape " at the 14th edition of the annual “ S Rajaratnam Lecture ” organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Diplomatic Academy . The timing of this speech, in conjunction with Singapore ’s 60th year of independence, carried significant meaning: 1.
